Representing ideas to engage.

A huge part of a design is its ability to communicate its idea and purpose. Creating a brand for a project is very helpful in terms of defining the path you want to take. Defining your brand's identity is very helpful, specially when you want to document your process. Having an idea in mind of what you want your project to be perceived as and what you want to communicate helps create consistency and resonate with your desired audience. In my case I was unsure about what my project would be about but I knew how it needed to sound and sort of look like. We made this excercise so we could start thinking about our idea and develop it further.

As of now, I'm thinking of developing either a photobioreactor with algae and try to scale it down to a household level and maybe design the branding for the product or creating a branding for an initiative in which I would collaborate with a visual design studio in order to create images of natural habitats and sell them as NFT's to fund research projects.

OTHER REFLECTIONS
